Andrew founded Hunter Investors to provide the missing link between real estate investors and investment real estate. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with investors, owners, and occupiers to maximize the value of their real estate investments. He specializes in guiding investors in the purchase & sale, valuation, and strategic advisory of real estate assets.
Prior, he led Cushman and Wakefield’s Self Storage Group for the Pacific Northwest, where he was a leading voice in the Pacific Northwest self storage market. As a Broker, he has been involved with the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial real estate assets. Andrew has an MBA from City University and a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, where he majored in Business and Communications.
